Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
• Process service requests and handle billing inquiries while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service is mandatory
• Ability to engage on the phone with minimal distractions
