Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist I to provide concierge-style service to clients and field team members regarding sample processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline outgoing requests and provide timely support to preferred clients
• Respond to incoming requests from the field team and document client interactions
• Monitor order statuses and provide analytical reports to clients and Account Executives

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
• Basic mathematical skills for calculations
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
