Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant 1 (Design & Construction).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal accounting and reporting functions for the Design & Construction team
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure accurate financial activities
• Prepare financial reports, analyze trends, and assist in the financial close of project accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures and principles
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial records
• Experience with budget control methods and policies
