Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Assistant (Temp to Perm).
Key Responsibilities
- Enter loan payments, repo sales, and service cancellation refunds into the loan management system daily
- Record and track payments, updating spreadsheets and accounting databases accordingly
- Prepare documents for external audits and assist with other side projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields preferred
- At least 1 year's experience in related accounting or administration
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills
- Demonstrated historical career stability
- Strong organizational skills
