Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and manage the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Supervise and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in the healthcare technology or Pharmacy Benefit Management industry is a plus
• Proficiency with Netsuite, Excel, and GSuite
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and audit support
