Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting & Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll for Canadian and US employees, including data entry and remittances
- Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and year-end tasks
- Provide reporting, analysis, and support to the CFO, including preparation of financial statements
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in commerce, business, or a related field; Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification is an asset
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience in Canada and the US
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Oracle NetSuite
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial data flows
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
