Accounting Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Technician to provide technical accounting support and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts accounting research and analysis for acquisitions and investments, coordinating purchase price accounting
• Stays updated on accounting standards and leads implementation of new procedures across the organization
• Acts as a liaison for SEC reporting, drafting documentation and coordinating with auditors and other departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant experience or certification (CPA, CMA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in industry
