Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Technician to provide technical accounting support and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts accounting research and analysis for acquisitions and investments, coordinating purchase price accounting
- Stays updated on accounting standards and leads implementation of new procedures across the organization
- Acts as a liaison for SEC reporting, drafting documentation and coordinating with auditors and other departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant experience or certification (CPA, CMA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in industry
