Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supply Fulfillment and Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the fulfillment of materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors to operating sites
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and manage issue resolution
- Enter and pay all cleaning and miscellaneous invoices, maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of accounting experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills
- Experience with data entry, including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
