Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Fulfillment and Accounts Payable Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors to operating sites
  • Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and manage issue resolution
  • Enter and pay all cleaning and miscellaneous invoices, maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of accounting experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills
  • Experience with data entry, including v-lookups and pivot tables
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
