Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Representative IV in Finance Shared Services Accounts Payable Disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily and weekly payment runs for the AP department across multiple ERPs
• Research and resolve payment exceptions or errors for auditing purposes
• Monitor and document requests for void and stop payments in accordance with control requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable functions
• Familiarity with financial systems and ERPs
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with numbers and strong process and systems skills
