Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolios and analyze delinquent accounts for payment patterns
• Administer collection efforts for open receivables and prepare related documentation
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to resolve accounts receivable issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; high school diploma/GED considered
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial/accounting role
• Knowledge of finance organization practices and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot Table
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
