Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable aging and escalate to collections if necessary
• Input invoice details into billing systems and generate customer invoices
• Conduct collection calls and maintain organized records of collection activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting with a focus on Revenue and Accounts Receivable
• Experience with NetSuite and SaaS accounting systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in a start-up or high-tech SaaS environment is a plus
