About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, with a focus on scheduling, communication, and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner on behalf of the CEO.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Communication Support: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Task Coordination: Track deadlines, manage reminders, and support the CEO with various administrative needs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
