Adjunct Faculty - Organic Chemistry II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty - Organic Chemistry II (CHEM 1021 & CHEM 1021 Lab).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level instruction in Organic Chemistry II and the accompanying laboratory course
• Support students in mastering laboratory techniques and safe organic lab practices
• Facilitate class instruction and student engagement while maintaining communication with program leadership

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related field required; Ph.D. preferred
• Prior teaching experience strongly preferred
• Experience teaching in online or hybrid environments desirable
• A passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Familiarity with Brightspace/D2L Learning Management System preferred
