Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant II to provide support for the leadership team and students within the School of Arts, Letters, and Sciences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for associate deans, including document creation, meeting coordination, and calendar management
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external inquiries received through the school's general inbox
  • Process student requests for academic exceptions and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field required, with a preferred degree in a related field
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in an administrative support role
  • Preferred experience in a university setting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Knowledge of office management principles and practices within a higher education environment preferred
