Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing support to directors and managing time submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to two directors, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Review time submissions before closeout for manager approvals
  • Collaborate with another administrative assistant to support directors and designers
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of administrative support or customer service experience
  • Experience supporting directors or executives and exposure to large teams (50+ employees)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook for calendar management
  • Experience with UKG (timekeeping software) is preferred
  • Standard hours starting around 8 AM, with a mix of on-site and remote work
