A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing support to directors and managing time submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to two directors, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Review time submissions before closeout for manager approvals
- Collaborate with another administrative assistant to support directors and designers
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative support or customer service experience
- Experience supporting directors or executives and exposure to large teams (50+ employees)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook for calendar management
- Experience with UKG (timekeeping software) is preferred
- Standard hours starting around 8 AM, with a mix of on-site and remote work
