Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Finance Clerk I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and distribute mail, manage finance logs, and assist with administrative tasks
  • Handle SharePoint intake for the Finance Administration team and monitor departmental email inbox
  • Provide backup support for cash desk operations and process incoming invoices
Required Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent and/or one (1) year of administrative support/office experience preferred
  • Moderate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • General knowledge of health insurance operations and industry preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Experience providing customer service support to various levels within and outside the organization
