Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Finance Clerk I.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and distribute mail, manage finance logs, and assist with administrative tasks
- Handle SharePoint intake for the Finance Administration team and monitor departmental email inbox
- Provide backup support for cash desk operations and process incoming invoices
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent and/or one (1) year of administrative support/office experience preferred
- Moderate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- General knowledge of health insurance operations and industry preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Experience providing customer service support to various levels within and outside the organization
