Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Support Associate to provide remote support to their client's Technical Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update monthly reports using Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Assist with enrollment tracking and termination of services for non-renewed policyholders
- Support special projects and act as backup for the Innovation Analyst
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of administrative and project coordination experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerPoint and SharePoint preferred
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and professionalism
