A company is looking for an Administrative Support professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform office operations including filing, organizing, copying, scanning, answering phones, and distributing materials
- Organize, file, compile, and distribute correspondence and other documents
- Provide general guidance and assistance to customer inquiries via telephone, written communication, and in person
- Assist departmental staff with clerical and administrative tasks and projects
Key Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in an office or clerical field
- High School Diploma or GED in a general field of study
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy while managing a diverse workload
- Basic skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software with intermediate PC proficiency
