Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Advisor I to recruit prospective students for healthcare programs and facilitate the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new students and strive to exceed conversion goals for each recruiting stage
• Interview prospective students to assess motivation, interest, and academic qualifications
• Maintain communication with applicants throughout the recruitment and admissions process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience
• Higher Education recruiting experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a start-up environment or product launch preferred
• Working knowledge of database and software packages for tracking and reporting student information
