Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 9-12 Adolescent Mental Health Coaches, providing training, coaching, and supervision
• Oversee clinical supervision for patient coaching, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated interventions and manage change effectively

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• 3+ years of experience in early-stage startup environments (pre-seed, seed, series A)
• Able to work two evenings per week
