In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. Starting Q1 2025, we will transition to a four-day in-office schedule, Monday–Thursday. The Graduate Admissions Specialist plays a crucial role in attracting and nurturing prospective medical students. You'll be at the forefront of the admissions process, connecting with potential students from inquiry to application. In this dynamic role, you'll: Become a medical school champion: Represent Ross University School of Medicine and American University of the Caribbean with enthusiasm, building relationships and generating interest from prospective students. Craft a seamless student journey: Guide potential students through the application process, answering their questions and providing exceptional customer service via phone calls, text messages, and email. Spark excitement for medical school: Collaborate across departments to develop and participate in engaging events and initiatives that attract top medical talent. Embrace continuous learning: Stay up-to-date on trends in medical education and contribute to ongoing process improvement strategies.
Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $50,000.00 and $70,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
