A company is looking for an Advocacy Administrative Associate to provide administrative and operational support for the Advocacy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and prepare materials for the Advocacy team
- Support logistics for advocacy events and assist in coordinating meetings with legislators and partners
- Assist in budget tracking, grant document preparation, and maintain internal calendars for deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Mature Christian faith and commitment to the organization's mission and values
- Experience with budgeting or financial tracking in a nonprofit or office setting
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database/CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented mindset
