Key Responsibilities
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate records for affordable housing programs
- Monitor and update compliance-related data and generate reports
- Participate in team meetings and support special projects related to compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of corporate or property administrative support experience required
- Experience with affordable housing programs such as Section 8 or LIHTC required
- Experience with property management companies or housing authorities required
- Affordable housing certifications such as HCCP or COS are highly desirable
