Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Project Manager (Contract) to support cross-functional squads focused on Loyalty programs and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Support two squads in delivering business-focused initiatives while ensuring clear communication and removing blockers
• Maintain and update team activities in project management tools, focusing on team priorities and KPI-driven outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in business-facing environments
• Experience supporting marketing, loyalty, QSR, retail, or supply chain/3PD projects
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Trello
• Ability to adapt to a templated process and provide value without introducing rigid frameworks
• Comfortable supporting junior-to-mid-level teams in a collaborative, flexible environment
