Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or automation roles, with eCommerce experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tools
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
