A company is looking for an AI Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and evolution of the PSOT framework for product and service elections
• Map and analyze current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Develop business cases and roadmaps for process improvements aligned with enterprise goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare technology, or enterprise product management
• Proven experience in data strategy and cross-functional program leadership
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and product lifecycle management
• Solid analytical skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Preferred experience of 5+ years in relevant fields
