AI Engineer for Conversational AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Engineer (Conversational + Agentic AI) - Equity Only.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agent architectures using Vertex AI and orchestration frameworks
• Build conversational pipelines integrating LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and external tools
• Develop monitoring systems to evaluate agent behavior, accuracy, safety, and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in LLMs, NLP, and AI-powered agents
• Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, Firebase, and REST/GraphQL APIs
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI and Google Cloud services
• Proficiency with agent orchestration frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen
