AI Product Management Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management, AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company-wide AI product strategy and portfolio, defining investment thesis, roadmap, and success metrics
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team while establishing hiring standards and career development
• Establish responsible AI governance with Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance, ensuring safety and privacy protections

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading teams building ML/AI products
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML-powered products at scale with measurable impact
• Strong technical fluency in modern AI/ML stacks and understanding of responsible AI and HIPAA/PHI handling
• Exceptional leadership skills with success in hiring and coaching senior product managers
• Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards, SQL/analytics, and designing A/B tests
