AI/ML Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI/ML Software Engineer to lead the evaluation, training, and integration of advanced AI and machine learning models across its product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune supervised learning models for internal tools and customer-facing product features
• Lead prompt engineering and testing efforts to optimize LLM behavior for specific use cases
• Design and implement evaluation pipelines for LLMs and traditional ML models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related field preferred
• 2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Python
• 4-6+ years of experience in data science or software engineering, specifically in machine learning engineering or applied AI
• Strong understanding of LLMs and traditional machine learning methods
• Experience with cloud-based ML tooling and data workflows
