Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of vendors based on product quality, compliance, and delivery capabilities
- Develop and maintain AI-driven features for contact center products
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and collaborate with teams to improve product stability
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9)
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management or product evaluation
- 1+ years of experience with SaaS platforms, REST APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 1+ years of prompt engineering and model evaluation experience
