Alabama Licensed Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support a development team in modernizing and securing mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach the development team to achieve high performance while maintaining focus on scrum principles
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master or release train engineer (RTE)
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Secret clearance required
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
• Experience managing product backlogs in Jira or Confluence
