Job Description

Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Assistant to support our advertising team in executing effective campaigns and ensuring seamless operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of advertising.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

• Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets

• Prepare reports, presentations, and advertising materials

• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments

• Help organize promotional events and track the effectiveness of advertising initiatives

• Manage and organize advertising documentation and archives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or advertising-related role preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
