Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be the face of our clients’ brands, representing them at various events, retail locations, and promotional settings. Your goal will be to build brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and generate positive experiences through professional communication and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Engage with potential customers to promote products and services

• Distribute promotional materials and provide product demonstrations

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand features, values, and offerings

• Report feedback and insights to management for campaign optimization

• Assist with setting up and tearing down promotional displays or booths

• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotional roles preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and interacting with the public

• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
