Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of client experience by supporting communication, problem-solving, and account management activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and dedicated to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service-related requests

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

• Assist in resolving client issues efficiently and professionally

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous support

• Provide administrative support related to client accounts and service workflows

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
