Job Description

We are currently seeking a Communications Agent to join our team in Denver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling internal and external communications, drafting professional correspondence, and ensuring consistent messaging across all departments. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal communications, press releases, memos, and official statements

• Coordinate communication efforts between departments

• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders

• Ensure brand messaging and tone are consistent in all materials

• Manage communication schedules, ensuring timely delivery of messages

• Respond to communication-related inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Support company-wide initiatives with clear and structured communication strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a communications or administrative role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
