We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the execution of strategic communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor clear and compelling messages across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate internal and external communication plans.

  • Prepare and edit company materials including press releases, presentations, newsletters, and reports.

  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and company tone.

  • Collaborate with management to support media relations and public communication efforts.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and speaking engagements.

  • Monitor communication metrics and prepare performance reports.

  • Manage company-wide announcements and maintain communication calendars.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar communications role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to adapt messaging for various audiences and platforms.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication planning tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
