Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the execution of strategic communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor clear and compelling messages across various channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate internal and external communication plans.
Prepare and edit company materials including press releases, presentations, newsletters, and reports.
Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and company tone.
Collaborate with management to support media relations and public communication efforts.
Assist in planning and coordinating events and speaking engagements.
Monitor communication metrics and prepare performance reports.
Manage company-wide announcements and maintain communication calendars.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar communications role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to adapt messaging for various audiences and platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication planning tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
