Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team in Akron. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving concerns in a timely manner, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and clarity
Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures
Handle complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain and update customer records using internal systems
Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs efficiently
Meet individual and team performance targets
Uphold a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or client support roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
