Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Assistant to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and assisting with customer-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers with product-related queries

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Assist in the development of customer support strategies and processes

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
