We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or internal ticketing systems

  • Provide accurate information and assistance related to services and processes

  • Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution

  • Assist in administrative tasks and project coordination as needed

  • Identify common customer issues and suggest process improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
