Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Provide accurate information and guidance on products, services, and policies
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and improve processes
Uphold company standards in every customer interaction
Ensure timely follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
