Job Description

Blue Print Out is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in internal databases and systems accurately and in a timely manner

• Verify and review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Generate and review reports to ensure data integrity

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues

• Perform administrative tasks related to data entry and records management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
