Hype Tier is currently seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about client success. The Entry Level Account Manager will support the daily operations of key client accounts and will play a critical role in building relationships, managing communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts

  • Assist in the coordination of projects and campaigns based on client objectives

  • Monitor account performance and report on progress

  • Resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement

  • Ensure accurate documentation of client communications and service activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in client services or account management is a plus but not required
