Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our client acquisition and retention strategies. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can connect marketing initiatives with sales outcomes. You will work closely with our business development and marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaigns, track performance, and identify new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans aligned with sales goals

• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to ensure effective lead generation and conversion

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies

• Prepare presentations, sales reports, and promotional materials

• Track campaign performance metrics and assist in performance analysis

• Maintain communication with internal teams and external clients

• Participate in client meetings and support proposal development

• Manage administrative tasks related to marketing and sales functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or business development role

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing software is a plus

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
