Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will support the marketing department in implementing and executing various campaigns and internal projects. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong interest in marketing trends and brand development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns

• Support the preparation of marketing reports and presentations

• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to support campaign strategies

• Help maintain marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments to meet project timelines

• Track and manage marketing inventory, orders, and campaign logistics

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and excellent time-management abilities

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with market research techniques and tools is a plus
