Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Campaign Assistant to support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about strategy, branding, and campaign coordination. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that projects are completed on time, on message, and with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish

• Support in conducting market research and competitor analysis

• Coordinate with design, content, and strategy teams to align messaging

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports

• Help maintain and update project timelines, deliverables, and documentation

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative and strategic ideas

• Track campaign budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 0–2 years of marketing or campaign experience (internships included)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments

• Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
