Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports the execution of internal and external marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering impactful brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and newsletters

• Support the coordination and implementation of communication strategies for campaigns and promotions

• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights

• Maintain and update internal documentation, press kits, and communication records

• Assist with planning and execution of events, trade shows, and corporate communications

• Coordinate with the marketing team and external partners to ensure project alignment and deadlines are met

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus (but not required)
