Alumni Success Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alumni Success Coordinator to support justice-impacted individuals transitioning back into society.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard Returned Citizens (RCs) and assign them to coaches using Salesforce
• Manage survey data and laptop request workflows, ensuring accountability and tracking
• Coordinate events, monitor engagement, and support team members with reentry resources

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in case management, reentry support, education, or nonprofit coordination
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and GitLab
• Experience working with justice-impacted individuals or underserved communities preferred
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
