Job Summary:
Amazon is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our remote support team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers, providing outstanding assistance through email, chat, and phone. You will resolve queries related to orders, payments, delivery, returns, and technical issues while maintaining Amazons high standards of customer satisfaction.
