Analytics and ML Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics & ML Support Engineer to join their Data & Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for analytics and data platforms
• Monitor and triage issues related to data pipelines, dashboards, and ML workflows
• Act as primary DevOps support for data engineering and ML workloads during US business hours

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in analytics support, data engineering support, or platform operations
• Working knowledge of data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Incorta
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, especially Snowflake
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools such as Matillion and Fivetran
