Job Summary

A company is looking for an Android Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Own development of features for the Trailforks Android app with guidance from the engineering manager and tech lead
• Create solutions using established patterns in the existing code base and contribute to app maintenance and bug resolution
• Contribute to the shared KMM library used across iOS and Android apps

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin
• Knowledge of Android design principles and familiarity with tools like Jetpack Compose and Coroutines
• Experience in building maintainable features, including API design and testing techniques
• Familiarity with multithreaded programming and mobile memory management
• A passion for the outdoors and familiarity with the Trailforks product and community
